The Nantan is the regional leader for F3 West Indy. He is the first to lead, the initial spark and the primary driver of the region's direction.

Where it all starts, Fitness. It’s where relationships are forged in pain, sweat, and some tears (and some burpees)

2nd F | KICKSTARTER

Whether it's coffee after a workout, a F3 lunch or a backyard barbecue. Fellowship emerges out of the friends we forge in the gloom.

3rd F | SWEET’N LOW

Depths of our relationships are grown in service to others. Faith is the belief in something bigger than yourself. We are driven to serve others.

COMMS | TOFU

Handles all region communications, serving as the keeper of the calendar and the driving force behind the weekly update.
