SHARED LEADERSHIP TEAM (SLT)

NANTAN - SWEET 'N LOW

The Nantan is the regional leader for F3 West Indy. He is the first to lead, the initial spark and the primary driver of the region's direction.

1st F | REX

Where it all starts, Fitness. It’s where relationships are forged in pain, sweat, and tears (and some burpees).

2nd F | KICKSTARTER

Whether it's coffee after a workout, a F3 lunch, or a backyard barbecue this PAX encourages the fun. Fellowship emerges out of the friends we forge in the gloom.

3rd F | ROOSTER

Depths of our relationships are grown in service to others. Faith is the belief in something bigger than yourself. We are driven to serve others.

TECH | HTML

Ever notice how everything just works seamlessly? That's the Tech guy behind the scenes, keeping the wheels on our databases and all other tools turning smoothly. He's the silent force ensuring our operations run without a hitch. A very handsome man who can update web pages with abandon.

WEASEL SHAKER | TOFU

The Weasel Shaker is all about growth, engagement, and retention. They "stir the pot" of the region, ensuring we're always moving forward and connecting new PAX.
